Training
Team Training Program is to create a focused sport environment and utilize professional sport coach to host a weekly training in 1-3 months period. The diversified community member group will learn how to train like professional athletes. The training session content will focus on improving individual mental and physical healthy, communication skills, team forming technique. The program is oriented for regular community members and open to any adults between 16 – 55 years old with no skills requirements. The goal of program is to foster community members connection and improve mental
resilience to support residence to achieve their dream (for newcomers).
